This month of July, America celebrates 250 yrs of freedom. People all over this land will be singing songs like America the Beautiful and God Bless America. And I thank God for this land that I love but I am truly thankful for the freedom He gave us over 2000 years ago, when His son, our Saviour, Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross. It makes me want to sing songs like Amazing Grace and Precious Lord Take My Hand. Because through His sacrifice we have been set free, free from sin through the shedding of His blood. So, let’s celebrate America but let’s continue to celebrate, praise and honor Jesus Christ. Because He has brought us this far and He will take us all the way to glory. 

Continue to pray for one another, continue to love one another and continue to allow Jesus to be the head of your life.

heart of texas camp and retreat

Camp dates are July 6 thru 10th for grades 6th thru 12th at a cost of $330.00.  Only those who have registered will be able to go to camp. Sorry no last-minute show ups. Also provide spending money for your child for snacks, etc.    Ms Tameka is the camp coordinator and will also be one of the chaperones. Please direct any questions to her.   Camp fees paid in full: Freddy, Serenity, Elijah, Emilee and Ms Tameka.

HOUSTON SEAFARERS CHRISTMAS SHOEBOX

In September shoeboxes will be available to take and fill for Christmas. This is one way our church can be actively involved in international missions.  Hope you will participate in this Christmas outreach. Last Sunday of November shoeboxes will need to be turned in. Thank You
