Why serve in the nursery
Church goers are allowed to focus on worship. The Pastor is allowed to do his ministry.
You have the first contact with parents. Your greeting is important. Assure the parent the child will be well taken care of.
You help with the development of a child's impression on coming to church.
You have an opportunity to pray for the children as a group and to pray for each child .
You may be the first one to introduce God to the child.
A serving Christian is a growing Christian.
